It is a self development course that trains the mind towards transformation and particularly to shift to opposites, so as to develop a more flexible and resilient mind.
The mind, following the principle of a pendulum from a clock – which by swinging from one side to the other finds its center – can therefore get complementary conditions and learn to recognize its “own center”.
